Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BREDA timepiece; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Watch

  Place the timepiece in its original packaging, including all protective films and booklets, to ensure the item remains in mint condition during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the return.
